Shelf life - 4 months
- First, fry some onions, potatoes, brinjal and keep them aside.
- Heat some oil in the pan and add RDP's Vangibath podi to it.
- Now add cooked rice to it and mix it thoroughly.
- At last, you can add fried veggies - onion, potatoes, brinjal, mix the contents and that's it - Yummy Vangibath rice is ready!!
