Method 1: Simple mix to your food.

The simpler way is, to mix RDP's curry leaves podi to rice and eat. It also tastes best as add on to your Upma, Idli & dosa.

Method 2: Instant Curry leaves rice.

• Heat a pan and add 2-3 teaspoons of oil to it.
• After 30 sec, add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, cumin (jeera), groundnuts or cashew nuts (optional)  and roast them for 15 sec.
• Now Add 2-3 spoonful of RDP’s Curry leaves podi, mix well.
• Now switch off the gas & add one cup of cooked rice & mix well. 
• Add a pinch of salt & some lemon juice for more taste.
• That’s it. Yummy Curry leaves rice is ready in 2 min 😃😋
