I have very good experience even though I buy online if I face any problem immediately you take action. I don't have to send reminders. Very prompt service and all products I tasted like mango pickle, Chutney pudi and snacks all are have awesome taste and if you keep for longer periods also no oily smell. I don't know about the cost factor, I prefer healthy food so I don't mind paying little more also. I have not faced any problems so far and very cooperative.
